Green Chille Rice Casserole

2 c. cooked rice
2 c. sour cream
1 t. salt
1 (7 oz) can chopped green chilies
2 T. butter
3 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Cook Rice. Combine all ingredients. Place in 9x13 dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350. his reciep can be cut in half and serve 4.

Kim, You brought this dish to us after we had Luke. I liked it so much I looked up the recipe online. Now when I make it sometimes I add chicken to it. With some black beans or something on the side it can be a complete meal. Yum.
